The biotechrabbit™ GenUP Blood DNA Kit is designed for the rapid isolation of genomic DNA from up to 400 µL of whole blood, whether fresh or frozen, stabilized with EDTA or citrate. In the first step, genomic DNA binds to a mini filter, is washed, and then extracted. The isolation formula and extraction protocol are optimized for maximum yield. The total time for DNA isolation is approximately 24 minutes. The extracted DNA is suitable for a wide range of molecular biology applications.

Protocols are available for isolating DNA from 200 µL or 400 µL blood samples.

This kit is specifically designed for use with blood.
