The biotechrabbit™ 2X Pfu PCR Mix is an excellent choice for rapid setup and high-fidelity PCR, reducing pipetting steps and eliminating the need for buffer optimization. This product is designed for routine amplification and high-volume applications targeting sequences of 3 to 4 kilobases in length.

The 2X Pfu PCR Mix contains Pfu DNA polymerase, high-quality dNTPs, and an optimized PCR buffer. Only template DNA, PCR primers, and nuclease-free water need to be added. For more challenging templates, the included 5X PCR enhancer can be used to improve results with GC-rich and complex structures.

Pfu DNA polymerase offers approximately 10-fold higher fidelity compared to Taq DNA polymerase and produces blunt-ended PCR products, making it ideal for seamless cloning applications.
