The Easy® EGFR Kit by Diatech Pharmacogenetics (Italy) is a high-sensitivity real-time PCR assay designed for the detection of key EGFR gene mutations commonly associated with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
With 8 specific oligo mixes targeting exons 18, 19, 20, and 21, this kit enables the identification of low-frequency mutant alleles even in the presence of abundant wild-type DNA.
