The Easy® NRAS Kit, developed by Diatech Pharmacogenetics (Italy), is a real-time PCR assay designed for high-sensitivity detection of key NRAS gene mutations across exons 2, 3, and 4.
These mutations are clinically significant in cancers such as colorectal carcinoma and melanoma, guiding targeted therapy selection and precision medicine approaches.

Using 8 specific oligo mixes, the kit ensures accurate amplification and detection with a limit of detection (LOD) as low as 0.5%, even in samples with predominant wild-type DNA.
