🧬 Product Overview

The Easy® BRAF Kit developed by Diatech Pharmacogenetics (Italy) is a real-time PCR assay designed for the rapid and accurate detection of BRAF gene mutations located at codon 600 — particularly the BRAF V600E mutation, which is clinically relevant in melanoma, colorectal cancer, and thyroid cancer.

Using 5 specific oligo mixes and co-amplification technology, this kit provides high analytical sensitivity with a limit of detection (LOD) as low as 0.5%, even in samples containing predominantly wild-type DNA.
