🧬 Product Overview

The Easy® KRAS Kit by Diatech Pharmacogenetics (Italy) is a high-sensitivity real-time PCR assay designed for the detection of clinically relevant KRAS mutations commonly found in colorectal, lung, and pancreatic cancers.
Using 12 dedicated oligo mixes, this kit provides full mutation coverage across exons 2, 3, and 4, enabling reliable detection of mutant alleles at very low frequencies (as low as 0.5%) even in wild-type–dominant DNA samples.
