The Easy® DPYD Kit enables rapid and accurate detection of key DPYD gene polymorphisms associated with fluoropyrimidine-related toxicity, including 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and capecitabine.
Developed by Diatech Pharmacogenetics (Italy) and CE-IVD certified, the assay uses allelic discrimination technology to differentiate between mutant and wild-type alleles using four dedicated oligo mixes with high sensitivity and specificity.
