In normal tissue, MUC-1 appears in the lung, bronchi, stomach, colon, and cervix.
However, it is usually absent in the normal pancreas.

In contrast, MUC-1 is strongly expressed in many pancreatic neoplasms, including
pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
It is also widely detected in gastric, colon, and lung adenocarcinomas.
As a result, MUC-1 serves as an important marker for diagnosing a wide range of epithelial tumors.

The antibody produces clear DAB-based staining, which allows reliable visualization and supports accurate
