🧫 Principle of the IHC Assay

In IHC, the CK14 primary antibody binds specifically to its target antigen in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections.
After incubation with an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody, the addition of DAB chromogen produces a localized brown precipitate in the cytoplasm, visualizing CK14 expression.
