The Lambda Light Chain antibody is a monoclonal IHC reagent used to detect lambda light chains in B-cell lymphomas and lymphoproliferative disorders.
It helps distinguish neoplastic B-cell proliferations (which show light chain restriction) from reactive processes (which show a mixture of kappa and lambda).

In lymphoid tissues, normal B cells express either kappa or lambda.
A pure lambda-positive population strongly suggests a lymphoproliferative disorder.

This antibody produces clear cytoplasmic staining, making it a reliable diagnostic tool in routine pathology.
