The CD3 Antibody is a well-established pan-T-cell marker widely used in hematopathology for identifying normal and neoplastic T lymphocytes.
CD3 is a component of the T-cell receptor (TCR) complex, expressed on the surface and in the cytoplasm of T-cells, and plays a critical role in immune activation and intracellular signaling.

IHC staining with Anti-CD3 produces brown membranous and cytoplasmic staining in T-cells and is a key tool for diagnosing T-cell lymphomas and leukemias.
