The CD15 antibody, developed by Talent Biomedical, is a high-quality immunohistochemistry (IHC) reagent designed for the detection of the CD15 antigen, a carbohydrate marker expressed on myeloid lineage cells, especially granulocytes.
CD15 is absent in B cells, T cells, monocytes, and platelets. This marker plays a crucial role in the diagnosis of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, as it reacts strongly with Hodgkin and Reed–Sternberg (HRS) cells.

In IHC staining, CD15 expression appears as distinct brown membranous or cytoplasmic staining, confirming the presence of CD15 antigen in the examined tissue.
