CD10 Antibody (Immunohistochemistry)
The CD10 Antibody, also known as CALLA (Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen), is a widely used immunohistochemical marker for identifying lymphoid tumors and neoplastic B-cells.
CD10 is a metalloendopeptidase enzyme expressed on the surface of immature B-cells, Burkitt’s lymphoma, and germinal center follicular cells.
IHC staining for CD10 typically results in membranous brown staining in positive cells and is used primarily to differentiate B-cell lymphoma from T-cell lymphoma and diagnose acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL).
