CD20, also known as B-Lymphocyte Antigen, is a non-glycosylated membrane protein expressed on mature B cells, playing a vital role in B-cell activation, signaling, and immune regulation.

In IHC staining, CD20 shows distinct brown membranous staining, making it a key diagnostic marker for B-cell lymphomas, including Follicular Lymphoma, DLBCL, MALT Lymphoma, and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
