Kit for detection and identification of 14 high-risk genotypes of the Human Papillomavirus by Real-Time PCR (regions E6-E7)

The kit allows detection of the 14 most common high-risk HPV genotypes (HPV 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68) by PCR on the genes E6 and E7 and direct genotyping of HPV 16 and HPV 18.

The kit includes:

Ready-to-use reagents for Real-Time PCR
Amplification control (PCR on beta-globin (BG) gene)
Positive control (DNA corresponding to parts of the BG gene and of the genomes of HPV 16, HPV 18 and HPV 33)
